9. Client Services Agreement Summary

If you engage Jon Ward Consulting Services for consulting work, a separate Client Services Agreement (“CSA”) may govern the scope, fees, terms, and responsibilities related to those services. Key points generally include:

  • Fees & Payment: Payment terms, methods, and schedules are outlined in the CSA or proposal. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables or discontinue services for non-payment.

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless required by law or with written consent.

  • Client Responsibility: You agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information as needed for the services to be effective.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement under the terms defined in the CSA.

If no formal CSA is signed, work may still proceed based on agreed-upon written communications (such as emails or proposals), and those terms will be binding.
